A simple guide to help you know what to expect during your stay at Amethyst Heights.

These rules apply to Haven, Hearth, and combined stays, and are meant to keep things safe, comfortable, and respectful for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the tranquility of our boutique escape.

General House Rules

Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM

Pet Basics

Pets are allowed with prior notice. Kindly supervise them and ensure to clean up afterward.

Parties & Events

No parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior written approval from the host.

Visitor Limits

Only registered guests are allowed overnight. Daytime visitors are welcome.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside the property but permitted in approved outdoor smoking areas only.

Neighbor Respect

Amethyst Heights is in a quiet neighborhood; please be kind and respectful to our neighbors.

Booking & Canellation

We want your stay at Amethyst Heights to be as seamless as possible. Please review our standard terms for booking, payments, and cancellations across all our Vista properties.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early access may be requested for a fee, subject to availability.

Payments & Cancellation

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking. 

  • Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking..

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 0% refund if cancelled after.
